Do you ship outside the US?
- We currently ship within the US only.
- We ship to all states except: AK, HI, MA, MI, NH, TN, UT.
- Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box
- 5-7 business days is our standard shipping time.
- It will typically take 4-8 days from order date, depending on location.
- Our retail partners fulfill within 1-3 business days and ground shipping is typically 3-5 days.
- Note: Ground shipments are picked up and delivered Monday - Friday therefore orders placed on holidays or the weekend will be processed the following business day. For any shipping issues or assistance with tracking your package, please reach out to our support team at email@example.com.
- Yes, someone 21 years or older with a valid ID must be present to sign for the products.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before the order ships.
Can I return my order?
Orders that contain alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received the wrong item in your order, please email email@example.com and we will make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be requested to be canceled until they are shipped. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I get a refund?
We can process refunds on a case by case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to email@example.com.
What happens if my order arrives
If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to make it right! Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
How do I pause, skip, edit order frequency, swap product or change order quantity?
To edit your subscription, login to your Five Nine account. You can access your Customer Portal through your Five Nine account. Clothing account login via the Login link in the top right of your screen.
If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.In manage subscriptions you can do the following:
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- Change your next order date
- Edit order frequency
- Skip an order
- Change order quantity
- Swap your order for another product
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.
Within the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you want to cancel and then click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page. On a pop up page you may select your reason for canceling.
Note: you can only cancel a subscription after completing 3 charges of the subscription.
